Sloppy Josés

This isn’t so much a new recipe as it is a new presentation of one. It does have a fun name though, so I say I invented it. All of the add-ins are approximate so use to your liking.

Take one packet of your favorite taco seasoning and follow instructions on back. When meat is getting near finished, add finely shredded cheese (enough to thicken – appx enough to thinly cover the top), somewhere between 1/2 to 1 cup of salsa, and (optional) blackbeans; I use about a 1/2 can. Serve on hamburger bun with sour cream and lettuce.
