Honey-Orange Chicken

This is one of those recipes that I just started throwing stuff in a pan. I will warn you it doesn’t smell the greatest, but I promise it tastes oh so much better than it smells :) . Also, I’ll point out, I’ve cooked it both on the stove and in the oven, and while my sister enjoyed it better from the oven, I enjoyed it more on the stove. Since I consider myself far superior to my sister in all things, I’m going to recommend the stove :)

Mix 3/4 cup of orange juice (no pulp), 1/2 cup of honey, and 1/4 cup of soy sauce in a large skillet (13 inches) and place on the stove at medium to medium-high. You’ll need to heat up the mix a bit in order to loosen up the honey to get everything mixed evenly. Once you’ve got a dark stinky liquid, place your thawed chicken breasts in it and cook the chicken thoroughly.
